What can I Learn from this Workshop?
Upon successful completion of this workshop, participants are able to:

know the mandatory and optional labelling requirements as stated in Food Regulations 1985.

recognise the available guidelines that support Food Regulations 1985.

describe the DO's and DON'Ts in food labelling complying to Food Regulations 1985.

identify mistakes on food label in accordance with Food Regulations 1985.

Understanding Food Additives: Compliance & Labelling

What can I Learn from this Workshop?
Upon successful completion of this workshop, participants are able to:

differentiate between food additives, processing aids, and incidental additives within food processing contexts.

interpret the categories and permitted levels of food additives based on Food Regulations 1985 and Codex Alimentarius Standards.

apply accurate labelling requirements related to additives to ensure regulatory compliance.

Cancellation / Substitution Policy
A full refund less administration cost of 15% from paid fee will be given for cancellation received not later than 10 (TEN) days before the event. No refund will be made after this period. However, substitute participants are welcomed at no extra charge provided written notice of at least 5 (FIVE) working days before the event is given to the Organiser.
